Understanding how to finance a deal can be crucial for most real estate transactions. To better service my clients I got my Mortgage Loan Origination license in the state of FL, bringing a unique perspective, and providing comprehensive guidance and support to my clients.

 

I migrated to the U.S. in 2012, starting my journey in America as a simple salesperson for a large international retail company. I climbed the corporate ladder by becoming the leading salesperson, advancing to a sales trainer and managing positions, to eventually becoming an owner of my own location. Along this journey, I honed my skills in leadership, negotiation, and client relations, which have been invaluable assets in my transition to real estate. I further expanded my knowledge by entering the home improvement sales world, equipping me with insights into properly appreciating property value, construction dynamics, and quality craftsmanship. My experience provided me with a deep understanding of real estate investment, strategy, and effective communication.

 

Reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" at about 18 years old, sparked the notion that to gain financial freedom, I must learn and understand real estate investing myself. Ever since, I diligently continued expanding my knowledge and education through various books & courses in real estate and financing, became a real estate investor myself, successfully renovated and flipped homes, managed construction teams, and operated Airbnb's.

 

I was Born in the former USSR (today Uzbekistan), migrated in 1990 to Israel, where I grew up and served for 3 years in the Israeli Air Force. Therefore, I speak fluent English, Hebrew, and Russian, and some Spanish.

 

I'm a family man, I love to be with my wife and 2 little boys (4 and 3). We enjoy going to the beach, the parks and just having quality time with each other. I am connected to the spiritual world, love to study different cultures and religions, I honor all life forms and yes, my family is Vegan.
